Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Shipping Responsibility

Once shipped, we are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
• Incorrect addresses entered by customer

Lost / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the carrier and customer.

Incorrect Address

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer are not refundable or replaceable.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or external events.

Damaged Items

Report within 48 hours with photos to:
