Authenticity Guarantee
All products sold are 100% genuine and authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Fragrance Vault shall not be liable for:
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities
- Skin irritation or misuse of products
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury
Customers assume all risk when using fragrance products.
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Product Representation
We attempt to display products accurately, however:
- Packaging may vary
- Manufacturer reformulations may occur
- Colors/images may differ by screen
These differences do not qualify for refund.
Fraud Prevention / Order Refusal
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Refuse service
- Block fraudulent customers
- Request identity verification
Resale Restriction
Products are sold for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial resale is prohibited without written permission.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full transaction evidence and may result in permanent account and order restrictions.
